Dry Cell Mechanical Pressure Gauges

2100 Series Ball Valve

The AVCO 2100 series ball valve is a sanitary/clean valve ideal for use in the biotech, pharmaceutical and high purity industries. The 3-piece design comprises low carbon stainless steel (SS 316L) components, which come standard with 20 Ra surface finish on all contact surfaces and can be electro-polished to 15 Ra when required. Due to the requirement for cleanliness, these valves are all offered oxygen (O2) cleaned and bagged. The valves meet the requirements of ASME BPE as standard and are strictly controlled by our in-house QA procedures and come complete with an ISO 5211 mount pad for additional equipment to be installed.

Pneumatic Actuators

The highly dependable AVCO pneumatic actuators come in two configurations – double acting and spring return. The actuators share the same design with the only exception being that one model has springs and the other model does not. This allows for the easy change over between double acting and spring return in the field or at the factory. Buna body seals come standard, but Viton seals are available for higher temperature applications and LNBR seals are available for cryogenic applications.

7100 Series Ball Valve

The AVCO 7100 series sanitary ball valve is a 3-way or 4-way side entry diverter ball valve with clamp or extended butt weld tube OD ends. Solenoid Valves

The AVCO automation solenoid valve allows for easy control and operation of a pneumatic actuator. The solenoid valve is a NAMUR direct mount thus eliminating the need for tubing and fittings between itself and the actuator. They are available as double acting and can be easily converted from 4-way to 3-way operation. The valves have bi-directional tapered Tee seals to eliminate sticking problems and have been tested according to SAE specifications.

BioPharm HermetiX Fire safe

This unique fire safe valve design includes a non-graphite HermetiX stem seal consisting of a virgin PEEK thrust bearing and anti-abrasion ring, and a stem seal made of TFM material. Both virgin PEEK and TFM are FDA approved. A double body seal set is comprised of an internal PTFE body seal facing the media, and an external graphite seal to withstand the fire. This configuration effectively isolates the graphite seal in a dry cavity, preventing it from coming in contact with the media, ensuring a high level of purity for the valuable media.

MGF16BN Digital Pressure Gauge

The MGF16BN digital pressure gauge is designed to handle the demands of pressure measurement. Pressure ranges are available to 5 000 PSIG at standard accuracy of ± 0.25 % of full scale or higher accuracy of ± 0.1 % of full scale. The display is a 4 digit LCD with 0.5? high numerals and a lower alphanumeric display for engineering units to aid in set up. Each gauge includes up to 15 selectable engineering units depending on the sensor range. The gauge is powered by two AA alkaline batteries.

The Mark 5800HP is a high pressure, back pressure regulator designed to maintain upstream pressure of gases and liquids. As a compact, lightweight product, it is well suited for applications where space and weight are at a premium. With a robust, piston design, the Mark 5800HP can handle setpoints up to 2500 psig (172 bar) at 450°F (232°C) with ease and large flow capacity for a valve of this style is among the highest in the industry. The T-bar adjusting handle allows for a lighter spring and more sensitive regulator than those models with a fixed knob.
